Yang Xiuling introduced that there are nearly 60 listed companies and about 40 unicorn companies in the field of artificial intelligence in Beijing. The highest valued artificial intelligence unicorn company in China, the embodied intelligence company and scientific intelligence company with the largest single financing amount, the first listed domestic artificial intelligence chip company and large model company were all born in Beijing.

Yang Xiuling stated that Beijing has a talent resource advantage. There are 148 people in Beijing who have been shortlisted for the "AI 2000 Global Most Influential Scholars List", accounting for over 40% of the national total; The total number of AI scholars reaches 15000, accounting for 30% of the country. Beijing ranks second among the most innovative cities in the world for artificial intelligence. It has 2 national laboratories, 4 new research and development institutions, 5 industry education integration platforms, and 1 national level artificial intelligence college in the field of artificial intelligence. 14 universities including Tsinghua University and Peking University have established artificial intelligence colleges, which have unique advantages in talent height, density, and structural integrity, making it a source of innovation and development for China's artificial intelligence industry.
