Since this year, Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Area has seized the biggest opportunity of the "the Belt and Road", adhered to the development idea of "zone port linkage, industrial collaboration, digital empowerment, and linking the world", targeted high-quality resources and broad markets in Central Asia, West Asia, South Asia, Russia and other countries along the Silk Road, accelerated the construction of a "2+2+2" composite industrial system, and made every effort to create an emerging foreign trade industrial cluster with the coordinated development of international trade and bonded+featured services. The Lanzhou New Area Digital Silk Road International Trade Innovation Zone is an important carrier for the development of emerging foreign trade formats in the New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

"We will take the Digital Silk Road International Trade Innovation Zone as the carrier, promote the coordination of trade in goods and services, the integration of traditional trade and digital trade, and the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade, and strive to build the province's first 10 billion level digital trade industrial cluster."
