The first China Europe freight train (Wuhan) organized by Hubei Port Group to adopt the cross-border e-commerce export "9610" mode recently departed smoothly from China Railway Lianji Wuhan Central Station, loaded with various e-commerce goods such as storage racks, sofa covers, blankets, shoe racks, etc., heading towards Madrid, Spain.
It is understood that the "9610" cross-border e-commerce export model is aimed at B2C (Business To Customer) orders with small packages, multiple product names, and high-frequency shipments in cross-border e-commerce. That is, overseas consumers place orders to purchase goods from domestic e-commerce sellers on cross-border e-commerce platforms, and the goods are released by customs supervision and delivered to overseas consumers.
Previously, the China Europe freight train (Wuhan) has combined market demand to promote the export of cross-border e-commerce goods to Europe through the "9710" (direct export of cross-border e-commerce enterprises to enterprises) and "9810" (overseas warehouse for cross-border e-commerce exports) declaration models. The addition of the "9610" model has built a more comprehensive cross-border logistics service ecosystem, providing new options for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hubei and surrounding areas to "sell globally".
To ensure the smooth shipment of this train, the Comprehensive Bonded Logistics Industry Office of Wuhan Airport Economic Development Zone has improved inspection efficiency; Hankou Customs and Wuhan Post Office Customs have completed the declaration, inspection, and release of goods to ensure the smooth shipment of trains; Hubei Port Group Han Ou International Company is exploring innovative models and, in collaboration with relevant departments, has successfully integrated the full chain operation mode of "comprehensive bonded zone inspection, express center cargo collection, and China Europe freight train transportation". This marks the official operation of the innovative model of "comprehensive bonded zone+international express center+China Europe freight train", tailoring a convenient customs clearance and stable transportation "fast track" for cross-border e-commerce "small packages".
