On the 17th, it was learned from the Tianjin Donggang Border Inspection Station that the Liberian ship "Zhenglibasheng" docked at the Tianjin Port Eurasia International Container Terminal, marking the official opening of a new container freight express line connecting major ports in northern and southern China with the Port of Linchaban in Thailand.
This route is operated by CNC Shipping Company, connecting ports such as Tianjin, Dalian, and Qingdao in northern China with Shenzhen Shekou Port in southern China and Thailand's largest container deep-water port, Linchaban Port, to form a closed-loop maritime network aimed at improving the efficiency of trade logistics between China and Thailand.
As one of the first ships on this route, the successful arrival of the "Zhenglibasheng" vessel means that this direct freight channel has entered the substantive operation stage. The new express line mainly serves the trade exchanges of mechanical and electrical products, agricultural products, and consumer goods between China and Thailand, and is expected to further promote regional economic and trade cooperation.
After the opening of the new route, the transportation time of goods will be effectively shortened, providing more convenient and stable sea freight options for import and export enterprises in China and Thailand. Yang Jisen, the agent of the shipping company, said that efficient customs clearance guarantees have opened a good start for the smooth sailing and future operation of the route, enhancing the confidence of all parties.
Donggang Border Inspection Station stated that it will take this opportunity to continuously optimize customs clearance services and help more international routes set sail in Tianjin.
