A China Laos international freight train loaded with high-quality cassava starch departed from Vientiane South Station in Laos and successfully arrived at Zhengzhou International Land Port in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone after 5 days.
This is the first time that the international dry port has successfully undertaken the return train between China and Laos, marking that Zhengzhou, as an international logistics hub, has made new breakthroughs in serving the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road".
This train passes through provinces such as Yunnan, Guizhou, and Hunan, with efficient and smooth transportation throughout the journey. Its successful arrival not only provides high-quality raw materials for the stability of the Central Plains and surrounding areas, but also opens up a new land logistics channel for deepening economic and trade exchanges between the central region and Southeast Asia.
To ensure efficient connection of trains, the Zhengzhou International Land Port operation team has developed a work plan in advance, dynamically tracked the entire process, and optimized the process connection. After the arrival of the train, all goods were unloaded and inspected in just 4 hours, demonstrating efficient professional operational capabilities and logistics organization level.
As an important component of the national logistics hub, Zhengzhou International Land Port has continuously expanded its international train network in recent years. The successful connection of the China Laos return train further consolidates its key position as a link between the central region and Southeast Asia.
In the future, Zhengzhou International Inland Port will continue to improve the cross-border logistics service system, accelerate the construction of efficient, convenient and safe international logistics channels, provide strong support for the Central Plains region to participate in the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", and help China Laos economic and trade cooperation and regional economic integration and development.
